The Challenge
Traditional job boards rely on exact-keyword matching, leaving qualified candidates buried under irrelevant results. Jobme needed an intelligent layer that could understand intent, context, and skills — not just tokens.
The Solution
We built a semantic search engine backed by vector embeddings, enabling natural-language job queries. A real-time matching pipeline scores candidates against live listings, while an AI-generated summary explains why each role fits — making every search feel curated.
